Cancellation & Refund Process

Once the order is successfully cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method or any other option as deemed fit.

Awesomenblackk / Trendy Awesome Fashions does not charge cancellation fees, but payment gateway fees (3-4%) may apply. These charges are subject to change as per the service provider’s terms.

A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful cancellation.

Order Cancellation Conditions

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped for any reason.
• Cancellations are not permitted after the order has been shipped.
• If we have already started processing your order, cancellation may not be possible. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our discretion.
• If an order cancellation request is rejected, we will not be held liable for the rejection.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason.
• If we cancel your order, you will receive a notification via email or SMS at the contact details provided.
• A refund will be processed for company-initiated cancellations as per our Refund Policy.
