Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel before packing begins. Refer to our Cancellation Policy.

How do I cancel my order?

How long does a refund take post-cancellation?

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours. It may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Are refunds 100%?

Refunds are issued after deducting a 3-4% payment processing fee by our payment partner.

When does my promo code expire?

Do you deliver to my postcode?

If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.

Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation message via email and WhatsApp. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer support at hellocare@awesomenblackk.in.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 72 hours after payment confirmation via Razor Pay.

Can orders be gift-wrapped?

Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.

What if the amount is debited but I did not receive an Order ID?

Sometimes payments take time to process. Please check with your bank/service provider. Also, email us at hellocare@awesomenblackk.in to verify if we have received the payment.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no extra charges beyond the product price and applicable taxes. Your total bill is displayed before completing the order.

Why am I being charged GST?

GST is included in the MRP but is charged separately for discounted products.

If I receive the wrong product, can I get a replacement?

We take utmost care to ensure accuracy. If you receive a wrong product, please email us at hellocare@awesomenblackk.in within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

No, currently we do not provide a Cash on Delivery option.

Can I pay using international currency?

No, we only accept payments in INR.

Can I get an NEFT refund if I paid via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking?

Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment.

We offer fast PAN India delivery within 4-5 working days.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

We strive to cover all pin codes. Please check your pin code availability via Trackon. If your location is not serviceable, please provide an alternate address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, you can place orders using Indian currency for shipping within India.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

We attempt delivery three times. If missed, contact our logistics partner to schedule a convenient time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are included in the product cost. We reserve the right to modify delivery charges based on regulatory or business requirements.
