Return and Exchange Policy

In this Return and Exchange Policy of Awesomenblackk, which is the brand name of Trendy Awesome Fashions:

"We", "Us", "Our" or "Awesomenblackk" in this Policy refers to Trendy Awesome Fashions.

“Product/s” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Order/s” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to www.awesomenblackk.in

“You” “your” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Return and Refund

As a policy, we do not provide refunds or accept returns on any Products sold, barring cases of damaged or defective Products or wrong delivery of Product.

Please note the following are not considered damaged or defective Products:

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images.
  • Slight irregularities in motifs, texture and colour of handcrafted, hand dyed, and block printed craftsmanship.
  • Slight variation in colour, shade and motif in each batch produced due to the human involvement in the process.
  • Slight variation in the actual Product colour from the images displayed, as variations can occur based on the device you are using and/or due to photographic lighting sources. There are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour variation is unavoidable in the Product. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as the cameras always highlight certain shades more.

In the unlikely event that the Product is damaged, defective, or a wrong Product is delivered to you, you can share images as proof with us at hellocare@awesomenblackk within 2 days of receiving the Product.

The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you including the steps to return the Product.

You would need to send the product to our address, which will be communicated to you. All costs associated with the return of the product will have to be borne by you. The returned product should be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.

If the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.

All returned products will be inspected and only Products which are in the condition as mentioned below will be eligible for return and refund:

  • Products should be unused, unaltered, in the same condition in which they have been received by you, including their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies.
  • If any product is returned and we do not find it eligible for return or refund, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.

Product sold in sets or combinations cannot be returned individually.

Shipping charges and GST are non-refundable (Is it applicable for Return due to defective or damaged pieces?).

Refund will be issued less GST.

We will send you a new Product, and if the same product is not available, you may purchase another product. Any excess amount will be refunded, and any incremental cost will have to be borne by you.

Please note that Awesomenblackk does not charge any refund fees/charges. You will incur a 3-4% charge of the invoice amount as payment gateway fees. These charges are subject to change as per the terms and conditions of the service provider.

Out of Stock Products

We aim to keep every Product on our website in stock. If a Product you purchased is found to be unavailable, we will notify you within 2 working days of your purchase (post receipt of the payment confirmation from our service provider, Razorpay) and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

Exchange Policy

As a policy, we do not exchange Products. We request you to go through the size chart carefully before placing an Order. Every Product has an extra 2-3 inches margin inside the clothing, that could be used for alterations. Minor size issues can be altered at your end.

In certain exceptional cases, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to exchange the Products for size subject to certain conditions:

  • You would need to send the product to our address, which will be communicated to you. All costs associated with the return of the product will have to be borne by you. The returned product should be adequately packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • If the package is lost in transit, no refund or exchange will be applicable.
  • You can exchange for size only once. Repetitive exchange for size is not allowed.

All returned products will be inspected and only Products which are in the condition as mentioned below will be eligible for return and refund:

  • Products should be unused, unaltered, in the same condition in which they have been received by you, including their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoices, accessories, freebies.

Your new order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

Product sold in sets or combinations cannot be returned individually.

Non-returnable Products

All Products cannot be returned or exchanged. The list of products that cannot be returned are:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks
  • Perfumes, personal and beauty care or other beauty consumables
  • Accessories, sunglasses, belts, pouches, jewellery (necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, bangles, etc.)
  • Products that have been used or tampered with
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incidental damages
  • Products sold in sets or combinations cannot be returned individually
  • Sale merchandise
