Shipping Policy
In this Shipping and Delivery Policy of Awesomenblackk, which is the trademark brandname of Trendy Awesome Fashions:
"We", "Us", "Our" or “Awesomenblackk” in this Policy refers to Trendy Awesome Fashions.
“Products” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to www.awesomenblackk.in
“You” “your” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
At Awesomenblackk, we strive to ship our product(s) safely, fast and at a reasonable cost. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product(s) that you have ordered from the Awesomenblackk Platform.
We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you (“Logistic Partners”). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased on Awesomenblackk Platform at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us.
We endeavour to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion, determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We will not process your orders on the Awesomenblackk platform if the delivery is to an area which is unserviceable for delivery. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify you at the time of placing an order for purchase on Awesomenblackk platform.
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be sent to your mobile number / email id registered with us. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
Delivery Methods, Times & Cost
Shipping Destination: Domestic shipping (within India)
Logistics Partner: Domestic shipping companies
Dispatch Times: 2 - 4 working days after receipt of payment confirmation by our service provider (Razorpay).
Cost: No additional cost needs to be paid by you as it has been included in the cost of the Product.
Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered. We dispatch the orders within two – four working days post receipt of the payment confirmation. We reserve the right to charge or collect shipping fees on Products from time to time. Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the Product, type of Product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc.
You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner. In the event we charge shipping fees for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will not be refunded by us pursuant to any return request raised by you. However, we may make exceptions and refund the shipping fees in the event a defected, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification) has been delivered.
Working Days: Working days are Monday - Saturday so the dispatch timeline does not include weekends and public holidays.
Tracking Details: As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. Please check your junk/spam emails as sometimes the email may get labelled as such.
Priority Processing
In case you need an order to be processed on priority dispatch with express delivery (ETA 2-3 working days), please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp, and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements subject to the delivery address not being unserviceable. You will have to bear the shipping charges for Priority shipping charges starting from ₹350/-. The amount will be communicated to you. Priority processing will start only post the payment confirmation from our service provider.
Change in Shipping Address
Once we receive your order, we take approximately 2-4 working days to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at hellocare@awesomenblackk.in with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we will be unable to make any shipping address changes.
Different Product(s) different shipping addresses
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
In complete Address/Post Box Address
We request you to submit the complete address with street name and land marks to enable the Logistic Partner service provider to ensure seamless delivery, If you provide supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, the Logistic Partner will be unable to deliver your package. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated, we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. You may have to incur additional charges for resending the product(s). Please make sure that you do not supply a Post Office Box address and give us the complete address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The logistic partner will make two attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery staff has made two delivery attempts and the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to us as undeliverable. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the product(s). If the package status shows as undeliverable, please contact the logistic partner's customer service with your tracking number to trace your package.
Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift. If you have refused to accept the delivery then we will consider the packet / product to be delivered and will not be processing any refund. Please note additional shipping charges will be charged to resend the product(s).Service Failures
We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity; and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by the you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.s
While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of
- Logistical issues beyond our control;
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, etc.;
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
- Other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by writing to your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Awesomenblackk Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
